Mother of Dragons
Ingredients
- 1 oz Mezcal
- 1/2 oz Tequila
- 1/2 Jalapeno Pepper
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Agave or Simple Syrup
- Kosher salt and chili powder for the rim of the glass
- Lime wedge, for garnish
Directions
On a small plate, mix the Kosher salt and chili powder. Dampen the rim of the glass and flip it upside down, twisting it on the plate in the salt and chili mixture. Set the glass aside. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the tequila, mezcal, lime juice, a few slices of jalapeno and simple syrup. Shake vigorously to properly chill and blend the ingredients. Strain into the rimmed glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
